About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, collecting necessary documentation, conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, and ensuring proper verification.

Key Responsibilities:
•	Make outbound and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.
•	Collect and verify required customer documents as per KYC guidelines.
•	Ensure accurate and complete documentation is received for onboarding or verification purposes.
•	Explain product/services and guide customers through the documentation process.
•	Maintain daily call logs, customer information, and follow-up schedules.
•	Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues related to documents or verification.
•	Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Requirements:
•	Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer onboarding roles (KYC experience preferred).
•	Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
•	Basic knowledge of KYC processes and document verification.
•	Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
