We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers directly at builder project locations. The candidate will represent our company at project sites, interact with potential buyers, explain project features, and close sales deals.
Visit builder project sites regularly to meet potential buyers.
Explain project details including pricing, amenities, payment plans, and legal formalities.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Follow up with leads, schedule site visits, and ensure timely closure of sales.
