Front Desk Operations

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors professionally.

• Handle walk-in enquiries, telephone calls, WhatsApp and online enquiries.

• Provide accurate information about club facilities, memberships, fitness classes, sports activities, and other services.

• Maintain visitor, enquiry, and customer records.

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Sales & Membership

• Generate and convert membership enquiries.

• Explain membership plans, packages, offers, and benefits.

• Conduct club tours for prospective members.

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with customers after club visits to close memberships.

• Promote membership renewals and relevant additional services.

Lead Management

• Maintain and regularly update the lead database/CRM.

• Ensure timely follow-up on every enquiry.

• Track interested, pending, visited, and converted leads.

• Maintain proper records of sales activities and follow-ups.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build positive relationships with members and prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership options.

• Handle basic customer queries professionally.

• Escalate complaints to the concerned department when required.

• Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with management.

Department Coordination

• Coordinate with Fitness Trainers, Sports Coaches, Operations, Accounts, and other departments.

• Provide members with accurate information regarding class schedules and club activities.

• Support events, promotions, membership campaigns, and other club activities.
