Hiring: Field Sales Executive (FSE) – Paytm

Location: Surat (Adajan Area)

📌 Job Profile & Responsibilities

Merchant Onboarding: Visit local shops and businesses to register them on the Paytm platform.

QR Sales: Promote and install Paytm QR codes and Soundboxes.

Field Productivity: Ensure daily targets are met through consistent market visits.

💰 Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹27,000 (Based on performance).

Model: Attendance-based fixed salary.

Incentives: High earning potential based on daily and monthly target achievements.

📋 Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.

Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.

Requirements: • Must own an Android Smartphone.

Two-wheeler is highly preferred for field travel.

Strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.

🎯 Performance Criteria

FTD (First Time Deployment): Daily targets are mandatory.

MTD (Month to Date): Monthly targets must be achieved for salary continuation and full incentives.
