Job Opening: Sales Executive (Female) – Real Estate

Location: Yashwant Niwas road (Rani Sati Gate)

We are looking for a Female Sales Executive for our real estate firm who can handle in-house sales as well as site visits.

Job Responsibilities:

1. ·       Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our real estate projects

2. ·       Introduce and promote our projects, highlighting key features and benefits

3. ·       Qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales team

4. ·       Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions

5. ·       Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

6. ·       Update CRM database with accurate and timely information

7. ·       Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and closure of leads

8. ·       Explain projects, pricing, and offers to customers

9. ·       Visit project sites with clients as required

10. ·       Follow up with leads and close deals

11. ·       Maintain customer records and sales reports

12. ·       Coordinate with the sales and management team

Requirements:

1. ·       Female candidate preferred

2. ·       Good communication and presentation skills

3. ·       Willing to work on site visits

4. ·       Ability to work on Saturday & Sunday (weekly off on a weekday)

5. ·       Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred

6. ·       experience can apply (Fresher is an advantage)

Working Hours:

·       Office hours: [10:30 to 7:30]

·       Weekends: Site visits & sales activities
