Sales Executive / Technical Sales Executive – B2B (ETP/STP & Bioculture Solutions)
A growing organization in the environmental biotechnology sector is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Technical Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of bioculture solutions for wastewater treatment. The role involves engaging with industrial clients, consultants, EPC firms, and plant operators to understand requirements and deliver effective microbial treatment solutions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B business opportunities in industrial and environmental sectors
Visit industrial clients, ETP/STP plants, consultants, and project sites
Understand wastewater treatment challenges and recommend suitable bioculture solutions
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and on-site demonstrations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage enquiry follow-ups
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
Coordinate with technical/operations team for trials, dispatches, and after-sales support
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and field visits
Maintain sales reports, lead tracking, and client database
