Job Opening – Sales Executive (Female Preferred)

Nexora Smart Home Solutions is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for customer service and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Demonstrate and explain smart home products, robotic vacuum cleaners, home automation systems, CCTV and security solutions, projectors, and other premium consumer electronics.

• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales.

• Visit customer locations for product demonstrations, site assessments, or to finalize sales when required.

• Coordinate with the technical and installation team to ensure smooth project execution.

• Maintain customer records and sales updates using CRM and other digital tools.

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates are preferred.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Good communication skills in Kannada and Hindi are an advantage.

• Confident, well-groomed, and comfortable interacting with customers.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace).

• Quick learner with an interest in technology and premium consumer electronics.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Willing to travel locally for customer meetings when required.

• A valid two-wheeler driving licence is an added advantage.
  

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate preferred (not mandatory for the right candidate).

• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, electronics, or smart home solutions is preferred.

• Freshers with outstanding communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
