Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with potential customers through real-time chat conversations.

● Assist in converting leads into sales through effective communication.

● Maintain a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone in all chat interactions.

● Keep records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.

● Work closely with the team for service activation, pricing, and clarifications.
