Sales Executive

We are hiring self-motivated individuals for a part-time, work-from-home Client Acquisition role. The primary responsibility is to generate leads and assist clients in Demat account opening, processing, and activation.

This is a performance-based opportunity with attractive incentives and flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via calls, social media, and personal networks

• Explain Demat account benefits and onboard new clients

• Assist in account opening, documentation, and activation

• Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions

• Maintain client relationships for future engagement

• Track and report daily work and conversions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–2 years (Sales / Telecalling preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

• Basic smartphone/laptop with internet access

Compensation (Incentive-Based):

• No fixed salary

• Earnings based on number of accounts opened and activated

• Incentive Slab:

  • 10 Demat Accounts = ₹2000

  • More accounts = Higher earnings (no upper limit)
