Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in the software/IT sector

• Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential clients

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers

• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions

• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in software/IT sales

• Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or IT solutions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales

• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
