Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, IndiaMART, social media, and other platforms.
Handle customer enquiries and understand their project requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Regularly follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate pricing and successfully close sales.
Maintain accurate sales records in Excel or CRM software.
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and installation teams.
Build long-term relationships with architects, contractors, dealers, and corporate clients.
Guide and support junior sales team members.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
