Job Summary

Legal Connect is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to handle inbound calls, attend customer enquiries, explain legal services, and convert potential customers into clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.

2. Understand customer requirements and explain Legal Connect services.

3. Provide accurate information about services and pricing.

4. Convert customer enquiries into successful sales.

5. Follow up with interested customers.

6. Maintain positive customer relationships.

7. Update customer details and maintain daily call records.

8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

9. Coordinate with the internal team for customer support.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 10th Pass, 11th Pass or 12th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.
