▫️We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Sales Executives to join Kotak Mahindra Bank’s Personal Loan team.

▫️The candidate will be responsible for sourcing personal loan customers through branch walk-ins and tele-calling leads provided by the bank.

*▶️Key Responsibilities...!*

▫️Generate and source personal loan business through branch walk-ins and tele-calling.

▫️Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation to customers.

▫️Maintain good relationships with branch staff for lead generation.

▫️Follow up with customers to ensure smooth loan disbursal.

▫️Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

▫️Maintain records of leads and follow-ups in the system.

▶️Eligibility Criteria...!

▫️Education: Minimum Graduate

▫️Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Personal Loan sales / DSA / BFSI sector

▫️Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
