About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales for our industrial machinery products. This is an office-based role focused on handling incoming customer queries and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online channels
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions
Explain product features, specifications, and pricing clearly
Follow up with potential customers and close sales
Maintain customer records and track interactions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Basic understanding of machines/technical products (training will be provided)
Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience can apply
Comfortable with phone-based communication and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, Excel)
