About the Opportunity

We are looking for B2B Sales professionals to drive business development and project sales for a growing door solutions and manufacturing business.

The business caters to residential, commercial, hospitality and other project requirements, offering engineered/pre-hung doors, door frames, architraves and customized door solutions.

Role Overview

The sales team will be responsible for developing business through builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, PMC teams and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Generate new business and project opportunities

- Develop and manage B2B client relationships

- Drive project sales and order conversion

- Conduct client meetings and presentations

- Identify new markets and business opportunities

- Manage sales targets and revenue generation

- Follow up on orders and collections

- Maintain sales pipeline and regular reporting

Senior Sales

- Strong B2B / Project Sales experience

- Proven business development and revenue-generation track record

- Experience managing key accounts and project opportunities

- Experience in team handling and target management

- Strong negotiation and client-management skills

Junior Sales

- B2B / Field Sales / Business Development experience

- Strong lead-generation and client-acquisition skills

- Good communication and relationship-building abilities

- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales

- Construction/project-sales exposure preferred
