Make outbound calls to customers for medicine refills, order confirmation, and follow-ups.
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with placing orders on the e-pharmacy platform.
Explain product details such as dosage forms, price, availability, discounts, and alternatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM software.
Upsell and cross-sell health products, wellness items, and subscription plans.
Coordinate with pharmacists for prescription verification and medicine availability.
Ensure compliance with telecalling guidelines and patient confidentiality.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma in Pharmacy or B.Pharm is an advantage.
Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, customer care, or healthcare sales (Freshers can apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/Bengali/English as required).
Basic knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, and pharmacy operations preferred.
Good computer skills and experience using CRM or call center tools.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
