Role and Responsibilities:
1. Handle and response customer leads at E commerce channels (India Mart, Amazon, First Cry, Meesho) and convert it into successful deal.
2. B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Online sales and Marketing, Digital and Social Medial Sales and Marketing , Up Sale, Cross Sale, Lead Generation.
3. Achieve company's E commerce sales goal and targets monthly
4.After Sales Service, Customer Support, Customer Relationship
5. Demonstrate expertise in managing orders, inventories, cataloguing products, and other related operational tasks.
6. Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Design, Content, Advertising, Operations, and Customer Service.
7. Create a superior customer experience by working with the Operations and Finance teams. Optimization of sales and increase conversion rates.
8. Troubleshoot e-commerce issues and solicit across all channels.
