
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, promoting vehicle features, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
· Identify and approach potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, calls, and follow-ups
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
· Conduct product presentations and vehicle test drives
· Explain vehicle features, pricing, warranties, and after-sales services clearly
· Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
· Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
· Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth delivery
· Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
· Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory)
· Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales (freshers may apply)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
· Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and negotiation skills
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
· Valid driving license (mandatory for test drives
