Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Attend to walk-in clients and provide detailed information about the company’s real estate projects.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales updates.
Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and sales closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future business and referrals.
Ensure proper completion of booking forms and necessary sales documentation.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales and property market.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or sales tracking systems).
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred).
Experience
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field preferred.
