Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support sales operations and customer communication. The role involves handling both backend coordination and tele calling activities to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer engagement
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Explain products and services to customers and generate sales leads
Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems regularly
Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-ups
Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and dispatch documentation
Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Quality teams for timely order execution.
Provide administrative and operational support
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Experience:
1 to 3 years in Sales
Language Proficiency:
Gujarati (Fluent), Hindi (Fluent), English (Preferred)
Required Skills:
Proven sales experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of email handling and CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
