Job Summary

Troom is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall growth of the brand. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for fashion, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting clothing, styles, sizes, and products based on their requirements.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and promotions to customers.

• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a positive shopping experience.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store/inventory team.

• Generate repeat business through effective customer engagement.

• Support billing, product exchange/return, and other store operations when required.

• Maintain daily sales reports and other required records.

• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer-service guidelines.
