About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives for the Personal Loan Sales Process at IDFC FIRST Bank. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to build a career in banking sales.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Personal Loan products to prospective customers.

Generate leads through calling, referrals, and other sales activities.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate (Preferred) / Undergraduate may be considered based on communication skills.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused approach.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Shift Timing

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off

Fixed Sunday Off

Compensation

Salary: ₹21,000 In-Hand per month
