Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

·         Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales inquiries

·         Promote and sell company products/services over the phone

·         Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

·         Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

·         Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM

·         Follow up with interested prospects and existing customers

·         Handle customer objections professionally and close sales

·         Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·         Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

·         Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

·         Minimum qualification: Graduate
