Key Responsibilities:
• Provide detailed and accurate information about the company’s real estate projects to prospective clients.
• Contact potential customers and invite them for project presentations and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Convert leads into successful sales by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable solutions.
• Maintain complete and updated records of client information, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM or company database.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to booking.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• Address customer queries professionally and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
