Role Overview
We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive who can convert qualified leads into site visits and bookings.
This role is purely execution-focused—you will be responsible for client handling, site visits, negotiations, and closures in residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Conversion
Work on company-provided leads and convert them into site visits and bookings
Handle lead calling, follow-ups, and client qualification
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Client Interaction & Site Visits
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects
Conduct site visits and project presentations
Build trust and guide customers through the buying journey
3. Closing & Negotiation
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure
Negotiate and close deals aligned with company guidelines
4. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with:
Clients
Developers
Bankers / channel partners
Generate referrals and repeat business
5. Post-Sales Support
Ensure smooth documentation and booking process
Provide support to clients post booking
6. Reporting & CRM
Maintain daily sales activity reports
Update leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
Key Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must be target-driven and comfortable with field work
Must own a two-wheeler for site visits
