Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and business owners.

• Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.

• Explain our digital marketing services and business growth solutions.

• Understand clients’ requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain lead records and update calling reports regularly.

• Build professional relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

• Confident speaking with business owners and potential customers.

• Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.

• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
