Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our Sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating qualified leads through outbound calling and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM / internal systems.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Any Graduate.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional language.
• Willingness to learn sales and client handling.
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
