Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) segment.
Identify and onboard new business opportunities and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, and distributors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure timely deliveries.
Conduct product presentations, sampling, and promotional activities.
Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Requirements
Graduate / MBA preferred.
2–6 years of proven sales experience in HORECA or related food industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong network within the hospitality sector.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
