The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, driving store sales, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. This role requires discipline, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer handling and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their requirements.
Use upselling, cross-selling and value-based selling techniques to increase sales.
Handle customer queries
Build good relationships with customers and encourage reviews.
Store Standards & Visual Discipline
Ensure racks and shelves are well-organized and visually appealing.
Assist in mannequin changes and display refreshes.
Follow store SOPs strictly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store.
Fold and arrange clothes properly after customer trials.
Billing and Transactions
Operate the billing system and handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
Ensure accurate cash handling and billing processes.
Inform customers about any running offers or discounts during billing.
Handle exchanges as per store policy.
Operational Support
Assist in inwarding of new stock - including tagging and barcoding.
Coordinate closely with Store Manager and Operations Admin.
