Job Description: Sales Executive

Location- Vikasnagar, Uttarakhand

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executive for our FirstCry Store in Vikasnagar, Uttarakhand. The candidate should be confident, customer-friendly, and able to drive sales by offering the right product suggestions and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Job Duties

• Welcome customers and guide them inside the store.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve given sales targets.

• Keep the store neat, organized, and attractive.

• Inform customers about current offers and discounts.

• Resolve basic customer questions and concerns.

• Coordinate with team members for daily store operations.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Basic communication skills (Hindi required, English is a plus)

• Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior.

• Willingness to work in a retail environment.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in apparel/retail is a plus.

• Target-driven and incentive-motivated.

• Smart grooming and professional behavior.
