Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executives for our First Cry Store in Haridwar By Pass Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand . The candidate should be confident, customer-friendly, and able to drive sales by offering the right product suggestions and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Job Duties

• Welcome customers and guide them inside the store

• Understand their needs and recommend suitable products

• Achieve given sales targets

• Keep the store neat, organized, and attractive

• Inform customers about current offers and discounts

• Resolve basic customer questions and concerns

• Coordinate with team members for daily store work

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate

• Basic communication skills (Hindi required, English is a plus)

• Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior

• Willingness to work in a retail environment

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in apparel/innerwear retail is a plus.

• Target-driven and incentive-motivated

• Smart grooming and professional behavior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
