Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Handling & Sales: Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable NEXA models. Conduct detailed product presentations and test drives. Convert enquiries into bookings and ensure timely delivery. Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers and prospects. Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure a superior buying experience. Ensure customer delight by handling post-delivery queries and complaints efficiently. Update CRM software with accurate customer data and follow-up details.

• Brand Experience: Uphold NEXA brand standards in customer interactions and showroom conduct. Ensure each customer’s experience is personalized and premium. Participate in NEXA events, launches, and customer engagement activities.

• Coordination & Process Compliance: Coordinate with finance, insurance, and accessories departments for smooth deal closures. Ensure all documentation (booking, registration, delivery, etc.) is completed as per guidelines. Follow dealership and OEM process audits and standards.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• Experience: 1–3 years in automobile sales or premium customer service sector (hospitality, banking, luxury retail, etc.).

• Driving License: Mandatory (four-wheeler).

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Monthly retail target achievement.

• Customer satisfaction index (CSI).

• Test drive to booking conversion ratio.

• Follow-up adherence and data accuracy.

• Customer retention and referrals.
