Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, and providing excellent customer service to clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties

• Conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

• Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of sales

• Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market trends

• Coordinate with legal and financial teams for documentation and transactions

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
