Job description
Position: B2B Sales Executive
Location: East delhi preet vihar
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound leads shared by the Digital Marketing Team.
Share quotations with prospective customers.
Follow up with customers for order confirmation and sales closure.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Coordinate with the Logistics and Service Team for product dispatch and installation.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Prepare and share MIS reports on a regular basis.
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
Maintaining daily MIS and sales reports
Ensuring proper customer communication and relationship management
Updating customer records and follow-up status regularly
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling) required
Required Skills
