Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Generate leads and convert them into sales for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, weddings, and other event services.
Meet prospective clients to understand their event objectives and present suitable event solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with event planning and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote company services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the events, hospitality, advertising, or related industry.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
