Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for bread and bakery products.
Develop and manage a strong network of General Trade outlets (kirana stores, bakeries, small groceries).
Appoint new retailers and expand distribution within the assigned territory.
Ensure 100% product availability and proper stock rotation (FIFO) at retail counters.
Execute in-store visibility, branding, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Collect secondary sales data and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with distributor salesmen, delivery teams, and warehouse for smooth supply.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
Handle retailer complaints and ensure quick resolution to maintain strong relationships.
