We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Offline Store Sales Representative to join our retail team. This role requires providing an exceptional in-store shopping experience to our customers, helping them find products that suit their needs, and driving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining the store's visual merchandising guidelines, including steam ironing, hanger arrangement, and rack and fixture alignment.
Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and ensuring a great shopping experience.
Drive sales, achieve targets, and promote upselling.
Maintain store displays and assist with stock replenishment.
Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
