About the Role
Docthub Health Tech Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS or IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving monthly targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS Sales or IT Sales.
Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
Strong lead generation and client handling abilities.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.
