About the Role

Docthub Health Tech Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS or IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving monthly targets.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS Sales or IT Sales.

  • Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).

  • Strong lead generation and client handling abilities.

  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.
