Job Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field activities.
Handle inquiries from prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
Explain property details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers to customers.
Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and sales processes.
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
