Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Gold Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting gold jewellery products, and achieving sales targets while providing an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

·         Greet and assist customers in selecting gold jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.

·         Demonstrate product features, purity, weight, pricing, and making charges clearly.

·         Maintain a strong understanding of gold jewellery, hallmarking, and current market rates.

·         Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.

·         Handle billing, documentation, and basic computer entries.

·         Manage stock display, product arrangement, and showroom cleanliness.

·         Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

·         Assist with promotional activities and sales campaigns.

·         Follow showroom policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.

·         Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems.

·         Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure sales situations.

Experience

Prior experience in gold/jewellery sales is preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
