Job Summary-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The role requires regular onsite and offsite client meetings to understand customer requirements and present business solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Schedule and conduct onsite and offsite meetings with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field & MBA preferred.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable traveling for onsite and offsite client meetings.
Strong relationship-building and customer handling skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile-
Experience in IT Services, Staffing, Consulting, SaaS, or Corporate Sales will be an added advantage.
Laptop is must.
Own vehicle is preferred (if frequent local travel is required).
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
