Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our ethnic wear retail team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers in selecting the perfect outfits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting lehengas, sherwanis, sarees, and ethnic outfits based on occasion, style, and budget

• Provide detailed product knowledge including fabric, embroidery, design, and styling guidance

• Suggest matching accessories and complete outfit combinations

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service

• Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays

• Manage trial rooms and assist customers during fittings

• Coordinate with tailoring team for alterations when needed

• Stay updated on latest ethnic fashion trends

• Process billing and handle payments accurately
