Job Title: Sales Officer

Company: Supreme Industries Ltd. (Pipes & Fittings Division)

Location: Kolkata & Hooghly (Field Sales)

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month + TA/DA + Incentives (as per company policy)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Officer to manage and expand the dealer and retailer network for Supreme Pipes and related accessories across Kolkata and Hooghly. The ideal candidate should have experience in channel sales, dealer development, and business expansion within the building materials or allied industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the dealer and retailer network in Kolkata and Hooghly.

• Appoint new dealers and retailers to increase market coverage.

• Generate primary and secondary sales through distributors and dealers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct regular market visits to dealers, retailers, contractors, and plumbers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.

• Follow up on outstanding payments where applicable.

• Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 2–5 years of field sales experience.

• Experience in dealer/distributor sales is mandatory.

• Preferred industries:

  • PVC/CPVC Pipes

  • Building Materials

  • Sanitaryware

  • Hardware

  • Paints

  • Cement

  • Electrical Products

  • Construction Materials

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Knowledge of the Kolkata and Hooghly markets is preferred.
