Sales Executive

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property buying/selling, conducting site visits, explaining property details, and closing sales deals successfully.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales leads

• Contact potential buyers and investors

• Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans

• Conduct site visits and property presentations

• Follow up with interested clients regularly

• Maintain customer database and sales records

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Build strong relationships with clients for future business

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Knowledge of real estate sales and property market preferred

• Ability to handle clients professionally

• Strong negotiation and sales skills

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

• Experience in real estate sales preferred
