JOB DESCRIPTION- SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: B-35, I.D.C, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Opposite Sector-14, Gurugram, Haryana, 122001.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and customer-focused Sales Executive with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should enjoy networking, building client relationships, and driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. Handle client inquiries and provide accurate product information. Conduct product presentations and assist customers throughout the sales process. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Coordination with production team for customization oders. Following all kinds of walk-in and online leads on timely basis till they are closed. Looking after dispatch and coordination with logistics & get orders delivered on time. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Candidate Profile

Prior experience in Sales is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required. Well-groomed and presentable personality. Ability to understand customer needs and effectively explain product features and benefits. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to assess customer interest and provide appropriate solutions. Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR/Gurugram.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:  Retail  Furniture & Furnishings  Home Décor  Hospitality/Hotels  Automobiles
