Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for premium residential projects.
Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations professionally.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential property options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, and project inventory.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
Experience in premium/luxury residential projects preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Professional personality with good presentation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduation Mandatory
Realestate Experience Mandatory
Presentable and confident personality.
Ability to handle HNI clients professionally.
Good understanding of Gurgaon real estate market is an added advantage.
