We're a lean, ambitious team operating in one of the fastest-growing segments of the food industry. We're looking for a high-energy Sales Executive who thrives on opening doors and closing deals, someone equally comfortable pitching retail buyers and health-focused consumers online.
This is a hunter role. You'll be building our commercial pipeline from the ground up across both B2B and B2C channels, and your work will directly shape the brand's market footprint.
What You'll Do
• Identify, prospect, and close new B2B accounts including retailers, specialty health stores, gyms, wellness centres, and foodservice distributors
• Drive D2C revenue through digital channels, partnership activations, and direct outreach
• Own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to contract negotiation and account onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline with consistent CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
• Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and pop-up activations
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and channel-specific strategies
• Provide market intelligence: track competitor activity, trends, and customer feedback
• Work closely with leadership to refine our go-to-market approach as we scale
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
• 0–6 years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience, ideally in food, wellness, FMCG, or CPG
• Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets
• Natural hunter mentality,you generate your own leads and don't wait for inbound
• Strong communicator with the ability to tailor your pitch to buyers, DTC customers, and everyone in between
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with minimal hand-holding
Nice to have:
• Existing network of retail buyers or wellness industry contacts
• Experience selling into health food, supplement, or functional food categories
