Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales by generating leads, engaging with clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
Handle customer inquiries and provide property details
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business
Update sales activities in CRM

Requirements

Graduate in any field
1-4 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of real estate market is a plus
Target-oriented and self-motivated
