Key Responsibilities

1. Solar Lead Generation

• Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial solar installation projects.

• Identify potential customers through calling, WhatsApp, references, local networking, online platforms and other lead-generation channels.

• Understand customer requirements and collect initial project details.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified lead handover.

• Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain updated lead status.

2. Bank Loan Coordination

• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for solar loan processing.

• Guide customers regarding the basic loan process, required documents and eligibility criteria.

• Collect and verify documents required for loan applications.

• Coordinate with bank officials and regularly track loan application status.

• Follow up on loan approval, disbursement and pending documentation.

• Maintain effective communication between the customer, bank and company.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper records of leads, loan applications, approvals, pending cases and disbursements.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to lead generation and loan status.

• Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer and bank cases.

• Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team/manager.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong customer handling and follow-up ability.

• Basic understanding of banking, loan processing and documentation.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Good coordination and documentation skills.

• Target-oriented and responsible approach.

• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

• Solar industry experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Experience

0–1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Banking Coordination, Loan Processing or Solar Industry.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a target-oriented and proactive candidate who can generate solar leads, handle customer follow-ups and coordinate the complete solar loan process with banks/NBFCs. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to achieve monthly project targets.
