Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities and stay ahead of real estate trends and regulatory changes.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive repeat business.

• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and present insights to senior management.

• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless end-to-end client engagement.
  
  

• Own Transport Requirement: Must have and be willing to use personal vehicle for client visits, property tours, and team coordination, ensuring timely and flexible mobility.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  
  

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales management or a closely related sales leadership role.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    
    

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
    
    

• Legal Compliance: Familiarity with real estate regulations and ethical sales practices.

• Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be comfortable operating and maintaining a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
